MedLoft Etiquette

Arrival

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes in advance of your treatment, to allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Spa Consultation Form.  Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 3 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. Non-Show will result in a 50% of the full amount of the fee.

 

Complimentary Amenities  

Upon arrival depending on the treatment you will be provided with bathrobe and slippers.

 

Gift Cards

Make a wonderful gift for any special occasion. Gift Cards are available to purchase at MedLoft Spa reception desk.

 

Age Requirement

We are an adult - oriented atmosphere, therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years without the guardian’s signature.

 

Pregnancy

We have designed treatments that are suitable during pregnancy from the second trimester (after 12 weeks). We kindly ask you to consult with your doctor prior booking any spa treatments.

 

Personal Belongings

We do not take responsibility for any lost items, make sure you always keep your belongings with you while in our premises.

Our spa environment has relaxation and tranquility room. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. We are smoke free zone.
